The cleanliness of the entire complex was amazing! Every corner of my Standard Single Room reflected a high standard of hygiene. I was particularly impressed with the spa and wellness centre with a range of rejuvenating services.

The waiting staff need to improve their English. The service is extremely slow, needs to be a lot quicker.

Nice location, we have stayed at this hotel before but the room we stayed in this time was one of the best.

As stated on your website, it says I could pay for the hotel with my creditcard but when we arrived there the hotel staff said they did not accept card just cash, luckily I had enough cash with me to pay for this but due to me spending all my money on the room, I only had little amount of spending money for the week to pay for food, gifts etc. I would appreciate if this was changed.

An Lovely Family Getaway

The spacious grounds and fine landscape kept us mesmerized. Although the beach wasn't ideal, we loved the convenience of having everything nearby. A small vehicle rental service could enhance accessibility-a tip !

the room was clean, comfortable and had everything needed for a relaxing stay. the staff was friendly and efficient, making check, in a breeze. They offered a delicious breakfast and the restaurant near the main gate served amazing Italian food. ATM machines were available on, site, and there were plenty of groceries to purchase anything guests needed.

The door to the room needed some maintenance.

The resort is like a village with supermarkets, offering everything you need. Lots of activities and buses to the beach and Naema Bay. Dinner buffet was good, and the grounds were beautiful. Nice location with a market and lovely cafes. Good pool areas and reception service.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
